My heart will be blessed with the sound of music

So, I watched The Sound of Music the other day, and it was magical. That movie is beyond incredible and watching it was one of the best decisions I made last week.

Anyway, surprise surprise, Christopher Plummer was Captain von Trapp. Who knew? Apparently everybody but me. But the point of this is...

does anyone else see the similarities here?

And thus, does anyone else think it's both funny and awesome that Christopher Plummer plays Ewan McGregor's father in a movie that came out last year? Because I do.


Either way, this is an attractive couplet of gentlemen, and my heart will be blessed with the sound of The Sound of Music for the next little while. Just the thought of it makes me smile. :)
